What a great nougat!!! Flavor is awesome with almonds, honey, and maple syrup taste. Lots of almonds. Texture is a delight just like a quality nougat should be.I like that the first ingredient listed is almonds and the second is honey. Of course, maple SYRUP is there as well for that pure maple taste.My recommendation is to buy the big bag because these will not last long once a person tastes the first one.
